At The Evergreen Pavilion Restaurant, weddings are what we excel at. We recognise that this is “your day’ and our dedicated Events Manager will enjoy working very closely with you though every stage of your reception to make sure every detail is just right.

The Evergreen Pavilion Restaurant provides a unique experience unsurpassed by any other venue . This venue is truly a hidden tropical oasis 5 minutes from Surfers. With lush tropical gardens, magnificent Balinese ceilings, subdued garden lighting, statues and lit water features all combine to create the atmosphere required for such a special day.
Choose from our chefs exclusive menus with fully inclusive packages available or tailor a menu to suit your tastes and budget starting from just $50.00. As an award winning venue our food is not function food but is restaurant award winning quality! As part of the service we provide a complimentary tasting for all plated meals prior to your secured function date. This service is provided to ensure we meet every need and expectation. Your day is as special to us as it is to you.
The versatility of our venue enables us to cater for an intimate affair or seat up to 140 guests or 220 standing cocktail style with ample on-site car parking, 93 in total. You will have the entire venue, yours exclusively.
In addition to hosting your reception, we are also able to accommodate your ceremony as we are completely protected from the elements. It is always advisable to have a wet weather option to ensure your day is perfect, even if the weather is not. Beyond this, we extend our invitation to your guests, where we are happy to provide a private function room for pre-reception drinks and canapés. This will ensure the safety of your guests and eliminate the need to drive between wedding locations.
