During the evening, our restaurant transforms into a unique, elegant and truly amazing venue with magnificent Balinese Pavilions and specialized lighting, lit tropical gardens, lit water features, statues, and much more to create that WOW effect. Closed to the general public during the evening, you will have the entire venue exclusively with 93 onsite car parks for guests. Conveniently located only 5 minutes from Surfers Paradise, you should look no further - Evergreen has it all!

Evergreen Pavilion Restaurant has the ability to accommodate up to 140 seated guests or 220 standing cocktail style with room for a dance floor or presentation platform.

Furthermore, our fine dining reputation is renowned and we remain one of very few function venues offering a true a la carte and full beverage experience. A range of menus options are available. Our Head Chef Tim O’Connel and his team can cater for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.

The Evergreen Pavilion Restaurant can also offer a full suite of technical equipment at your disposal hired on your behalf or alternatively we have the facilities to connect your equipment.

John and Lisa, you have turned what was once a quaint bistro style cafe into a world class restaurant and functions centre.

From the moment I arrive I feel like a true guest. An always friendly smile and greeting from the manager, Megan, signals the start of what is always an enjoyable experience. The chefs in the kitchen, ably led by Tim and supported by Peter will make any adjustments you may want to make to a meal without a question and the food on the menu is always clever and rewarding.

Finally, you two are “true hosts”. I honestly feel like I am visiting a friend’s house.

I no longer work from the office that was conveniently located near the Evergreen Restaurant. In fact my new office is a twenty minute drive away. But I now visit Evergreen Restaurant more than I ever did!

From great breakfasts, to fantastic lunches and finally a magical function for my mother’s 80th birthday, Evergreen Restaurant is my office away from the office.
