Our 5 Chefs managed by Head Chef, Tim O’Connell serve a mouthwatering modern breakfast menu which includes such delectable choices as our famous Evergreen Eggs Benedict or Full Evergreen Breakfast Feast with double smoked bacon, free range eggs, pork parsley chorizo, home-made baked beans, rosemary mushrooms & slow roasted tomato on sour dough toast. Alternatively we can create a tailored menu to include more traditional options such as fresh fruit, pancakes, French Toast etc to serve any budget and dietary requirement.
The Evergreen Pavilion Restaurant can offer a full suite of technical equipment at your disposal hired on your behalf or alternatively we have the facilities to connect your equipment.
